Spray Foam

Spray foam offers some very unique applications that no other insulations product can provide. We can spray slope  ceilings, walls, crawl spaces, under ground water lines, diesel fuel tanks, roofs, etc... We offer a 1/2 lb density; open cell foam and a 2 lb density closed cell foam. We offer this in regular polyurethane versions and in a soy-based version that has the highest recycled soy content on the market. I hope you will consider us when you are selecting subcontractors to help build the most energy efficient home possible.

Why choose spray foam insulating?

  • Helps prevent mold, fungi and moisture (eliminates condensation)

  • Is water and moisture resistant/does not get damaged by water

  • Provides seamless and maintenance free air barrier

  • Substantially reduces heating and air conditioning costs (provides dramatic energy savings in hot and cold weather.)

  • Supplies highest R-Value per inch

  • Qualifies as vapor barrier (closed cell foam)

  • Provides a healthy living (poses no health threat unlike conventional material and improves indoor air quality.)

  • Reduces Allergens

  • Greatly reduces environmental impact

  • Acts as a sound barrier/reduces sound transfer (quiets your home)

                                  Injected & Core Foam
Injected and Core foam systems combine a unique spray-dried polymeric resin with a catalyst to produce "dry" foam with the consistency of shaving crème. It expands fully before entering the wall or block, flowing through the cavity and hardening in place as it dries. Injected foam has a high R-value, a Class A (Class 1) fire rating, and costs less to install than rigid foam board. We offer two types of injected foam.

Injected interior wall foam can be installed from the inside or outside and behind existing brick. It can be used to insulate walls that contain little or no insulation, even if the wall cavity is partially filled. It is also great for new residential or commercial construction.

Core foam can be injected in the cores of concrete block from drilled holes or the open cores of new foundations. Combined with compressed air, the foam insulation flows throughout the wall, filling irregular voids and resulting in a building that is well-insulated, quiet, and energy efficient.

Cost Analysis:

The initial cost of insulating foam may be higher but the savings in your monthly utility bills will be much higher initially saving you money. Each house is different so the savings will vary
